Went to have my PS3 and iPad Air fixed on July 2020, they said they would give us a call when it's all done. A month later or so they closed down. Where can I get my items back?? What's gonna happen to mine and everyone else's items? They should of called everyone to tell them they were going to close down so we can get our items back or at least get them shipped to another CPR Cell Phone Repair store nearby. So sad, where is the good customer service when you need it.

Placed my phone for repairs back in March before the pandemic. Have driven over a few times. The business appears to have moved out. Several calls to corporate. No resolve yet. Don't want to file class action suit against them but I am becoming increasingly frustrated with the lack of professionalism and non responsiveness by this business and their parent corporation. The periodic public announcements are being updated but it still shows as temporarily closed.I have such valuable information on my phones that can not be replaced.What is going on??? It would really help if they gave a definitive response as to being permanently closed or as to whether they intend to reopen and return everyone s personal items.

They said they fixed my sons PS4 not the case took it back a second time and well they closed down. They didnt try to contact us to let us know and now we are out the money for the PS 4 & all the games on top of what we paid to have it fixed in the first place. Not cool

Helpful. Im going back tomorrow to have him replace my cell phone battery.UPDATE:Very helpful, totally understood problem. Told me to bring in cords and chargers to see what was working. One cord wasnt. Phone needed new battery and now it holds a charge YEA! He showed me how to create more memory. Very nice, very helpful price excellent. GO THERE!

I brought my granddaughters ipad to replace the screen. When I picked it up when you pressed on the screen a large shape appeared like a smear.I brought it back and they could not repair it. They sent it out!!! Its been at least 9 months. My granddaughter had all her family photos and special things that she no longer has. Very upsetting. The pandemic started and nobody answers the phone. I went by the Rancho Cordova location and they were remodeling. The phone number to this day is constantly busy!!!The positive reviews shown must be very very old. What do we do now?I think I will do a drive by again to see if store is open. The business looks like it still is there. HELP!!

Ive received service here two times in the last several months; CPR on Zinfindel. The service has saved me the cost of a replacement phone. The techs are very knowledgeable, skilled, professional, and warm. I have sent a couple friends there and they also say the same. I was also able to pick up my repaired phone within a short while the same day. I was amazed with the reasonable cost and quality of work. One great place !!

Amazing customer service! Fixed my iPhone 6 screen and home button in under 30 minutes. For only 80 dollars! Other repair places I've been to take 2-3 hours for a simple repair, Charge ridiculously high and not to mention they were they ones who broke my screen during a charging port replacement! Bottom line is, if you care about your phone don't take it anywhere else but here.

Great service friendly,fast,efficient! Walked in and got helped right away. Only took 20 minuets to replace busted iPhone 7 Plus screen. My phone carrier wanted to charge me more and mail it away for a week. If you have broken screen I would highly recommend to go this route to get it fixed.

The gave me a good deal: $250 on a refurbished iPhone 6s, 16 GB. Seem steep? They have a six month warranty - which is why I chose them rather than buying through the classifieds, where you take your chances. They also do wonderful repairs - while there, I saw them fix an iPhone and an iPad - and both owners were visibly satisfied with the work. Recommended with enthusiasm.

Went in to get my microphone replaced on my S5. They overcharged me first off ($99) being that I brought my own replacement part. But once they put it in it didnt even fix the problem and they wanted another $75 just to look into it further. Way over priced your better off buying another phone for what they will charge and they may not even fix your problem either. Right before Christmas to! Better off going to a kiosk in one of the malls.

10 Stars for Mr Brandon... my daughters cell was not charging I thought it was her charger port but it turned out to be water damaged. Brandon was nice to me about it and didnt charge me any outrageous price for the time it took him to discover the cell was liquid damaged. I run my business on my iPhone 8 Plus. When I dropped it and broke it, the touch stopped working. I was freaking out. I called around to some local repair shops but honestly they all seemed kind of shady and I didnt really trust them with all the sensitive information on my phone. Then I called CPR Cell Phone Repair in Rancho Cordova and the gentleman on the phone was polite and courteous and told me they could fix my phone in 20 minutes. SOLD! My phone was actually finished in 17 minutes (I timed them) and I was back in business. They also offer a lifetime warranty on the part so if it ever dies, I can bring it back to them and they will fix it for free. I cant thank CPR enough, they really came through for me in a desperate time. Definitely recommend!

I drove over an hour to have my daughters iPad fixed (screen, and battery). I called a few different places and didn't want to have to leave my daughters iPad somewhere for 24hrs so when CPR told me they could have it done in as little as 2 hours I made the drive! They Lie and Waste Your Time - Never come here if your replacement battery/part needs to be shipped.Took my phone in on Monday for Battery and Charge Port repair. They said it would be finished Friday. I called Friday and they said the battery takes 2 weeks to ground ship so it wont be ready until the next Monday.2 weeks for ground shipping is a lie to cover up that they probably didnt order the battery until I called on Friday. Thanks for wasting my time.Will never be using them again. Great thing is that EVERY other phone repair place is less expensive and doesnt lie!

What a moron. Had our iPad in their shop for 2.5 weeks. And expected a thank you??? Didn't even apologize for taking so long. And who's the paying customer?? Swapping out parts on customer's expense is not a good way to troubleshoot. Especially when they do not carry spare parts!! Will never return to this shop or go to any other CPR.

They attempted to fix whatever the heck it is, but i'm guessing it's either that my Mac is old, or I have the oldest AOL account in the entire world. First of all let me tell you this. I got my husband a new expensive cell phone and all of a sudden stop working. I took it to T mobile and they didnt fix it even though it was only 14 days after purchasing. I left upset because I had paid a lot for it and they told me to call the insurance company but I had to pay a deductible. So I walk down the CPR place and the guy who help us fix the phone within 2 minutes. I was so happy cause these other guys didnt even bother to check the phone. I would recommend these people 100%. Great customer orientation. I brought my Nokia 6 international version in because the speaker phone/music speaker went out. They gave me a quote and did an awesome repair job that was affordable. If you have a phone you absolutely love why not repair it. Today so many people just want to throw away something and get a new one . I called to ask if they could remove a stripped screw for an iPhone screen that I was trying to replace myself with a kit I purchased on Amazon. The guy said they might have to charge for the full repair cost but to bring it in and hed take a look and give me an estimate. I brought it in and he took it in back and two minutes later came back with the screw removed FREE OF CHARGE! I said if I had some cash on me I would offer a tip.

Last year I took to try and get my water damaged iPod Touch 5th gen fixed (it wasn't able to be repaired) and it looks like this place actually stole some parts from my device. I only know this because I just recently watched a repair video on this device, and my device wasn't securely put back together, so I was able to open it. Missing bolts, and no metal plate inside as well. Looks like everything else is there, though. But I wonder if the missing pieces is why I can't snap the top piece back on.

I recently got my phone fixed for the third time! It has been water damaged three separate times and Im so surprised they have been able to bring it back to life. It only cost me $75 to repair. Brandon was the tech working on my phone and told me it would be a day or two, but it ended up only taking a couple hours. They couldnt fix my Microsoft surface, but I know they did their best. Its not their fault, but my own for listening to someone who thought he could fix the broken screen when I knew he couldnt really do it which therefore led to it being unfix-able because I knew he was going to mess it up. I had a great experience and have never wanted to complete a review such as this before. I dropped my phone off and walked to a nearby establishment and had lunch as I was quoted a 20min wait. I came back from lunch and the phone was repaired ON TIME. I had an issue with the home button not responding and the tech took my phone back and repaired it in a flash. Its nice because they have sister stores so even though they didnt have my part they were able to get it within twenty minutes and not have to order it, which other shops told me takes a few days. I didnt even know this was possible, but they repaired my shattered and chipped screen and amped up the memory in my old Motorola phone for $60!I had gone out and bought a new Motorola phone but I dont like it as much as my old one. Now I can return that phone and get my $300 back. Woo hoo!

They fixed it and they stayed passed closing so I could pick it up, although, it wasnt my fault they stayed passed closing, I mean, they could have called me earlier to tell me it was repaired. These guys have rescued my screens more than once. Ive had an iPhone 6 screen replaced and an iPad mini. Both times it was such a quick process and the turn around times are a nice bonus; usually an hour or two. Pricing is also competitive.Update: I was there again the other day. 12.21.2017My Sim card was stuck in my Samsung S6 Active, therefor, making the phone inoperable. I arrive @ his company this morning, I met Brandon in person, presented the issue to him. He took my phone, and 2 minutes he retrieved my sim card (which was deep inside the sim port) , reinstalled it, insured the phone was [email protected] no charge.As everybody knows, their cell phone is their life. Im a permanently disabled VET, with that said, I have many doctor contacts on my phone...Brandon is very professional, along with being a really nice guy, and runs a great business !!!Since my battery is taking a dump, I opted for him to have my battery replaced. Good And Bad. The people were very friendly and seemed to know their business.took my cell in for a bad microphone they tried replacing it a couple of times to no avail and stated there appeared to be a problem in the circuit board. It worked very intermeadly when I took it in now the mike does not work at all. They told me for $100.00 dollars they would try to fix it further. Only problem with this is that if they could not fix it I still had to pay the hundred bucks. That does not sound like a good deal for me but a great deal for them. It is a Iphone 5C. Now that they have been into it I am concerned what Apple is going to charge me to fix it.
